Salary: £50,000 - 78,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience as a D365 Business Central Functional Consultant.Strong understanding of core BC modules such as Finance, SCM, Warehousing, Projects, Manufacturing, or similar.Experience delivering end-to-end implementations for Microsoft Partners or similar environments.Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.Solid documentation, workshop, and training capability.Desirable: experience with LS Retail, eCommerce, distribution, or retail environments.Desirable: knowledge of Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate.Desirable: Microsoft certifications such as MB-800 or equivalent. Responsibilities: Lead functional workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design for D365 Business Central.Configure, customise, and implement Business Central modules aligned to customer needs.Produce functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Support UAT, training, go-live, and post-implementation activities.Advise customers on best practice, optimisation, and system improvements.Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
