Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: Extensive experience managing manufacturing-related IT applications and OT systems such as SCADA and PLCs.Strong knowledge of PLM, MES, CAD, simulation tools, and IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.Proven ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams, with strong communication and alignment skills.Expertise in regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management within IT operations.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and deliver creative solutions. Responsibilities: Manage and support critical IT applications within a high-volume manufacturing environment to ensure optimal system uptime and reliability.Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust IT requirements.Oversee the deployment, integration, upgrades, and lifecycle management of manufacturing applications, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise standards.Establish strategies and policies for operational support, troubleshooting, and application upgrades across systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, and more.Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, and supply chain, to support programme delivery and alignment with strategic goals.Lead resolution of application incidents, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.
