Salary: £80,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements: Strong Python development experience building production AI applications.Proven experience developing Agentic AI, LLM, and RAG solutions.Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar.Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Search.Understanding of LLM evaluation, AI safety, observability, and production deployment. Responsibilities: Design and deliver production-ready Agentic AI, Generative AI, and RAG solutions.Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows.Develop multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, and advanced retrieval strategies.Optimise LLM performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.Work with Platform Engineering to deploy scalable AI services using Microsoft Azure.Mentor engineers and contribute to AI architecture and engineering best practices.
