Salary: £27,000 - 67,000 per year
Requirements: Strong understanding of data migration tools and methodologies, such as SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, or third-party ETL tools.Strong grounding in data architecture, data modelling, data cleansing, and data integration patterns.Proven ability to manage complex cutover activities from a data perspective, ensuring minimal disruption and successful migration activities.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Experience with SAP BTP, Datasphere, or cloud-based data platforms. Responsibilities: Partner with SAP Functional and Technical Consultants to drive and embed robust data governance principles across a complex SAP landscape.Lead data-focused workstreams across multiple projects, taking ownership of the end-to-end design, build, and execution of data migration activities.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide expert guidance, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.Apply deep expertise across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud solutions, including SuccessFactors, Concur, and Ariba, with a strong understanding of data models, master data, and end-to-end transactional processes.Champion data quality, integrity, and compliance by promoting best practice in Data Governance, Data Protection, and information management. This permanent SAP Principal Consultant Data role offers a competitive salary up to £77,000 depending on experience, a company car lease or allowance scheme, bonus potential, private health care, an attractive pension, life assurance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and wellness days, and a wide range of additional benefits. The role is initially based in Bradford and will move to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026, with hybrid working of one day per week in the office.
