Salary: £30,000 - 33,000 per year
Requirements: We ideally want experience providing IT support in a school, trust or college setting.We want a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365.We want experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.We want strong communication skills and a proactive approach.We want strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn and a collaborative approach.You must have your own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence, as the role requires travel across multiple sites. Responsibilities: We will expect you to provide first and second-line technical support across a group of schools.We will rely on you to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.We will expect you to support Microsoft 365 applications.We will rely on you to maintain laptops, desktops and classroom technology.We will expect you to assist with network and wireless connectivity.We will expect you to contribute to IT projects across multiple sites.We will rely on you to build positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service.We will expect you to support the trusts ongoing investment in technology and digital innovation. This role is based across all of our sites in Liverpool, currently covering one secondary school and two primary schools, with more joining next academic year.
