Requirements: We require at least 5 years experience in IT Project Management within complex environments.We require a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget using structured methodologies.We require strong experience in software/application project delivery.We prefer infrastructure project experience.We require the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, typically 4-5.We require proficiency in Microsoft Project; Project Server experience is advantageous.We require experience working with both in-house teams and third-party suppliers.We require a solid understanding of modern IT technologies and delivery frameworks.We require Agile delivery experience; Scrum, AgilePM, or similar certifications are preferred.We require understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).We prefer experience managing development workflows; TFS knowledge is advantageous.We prefer infrastructure project exposure including network installations, server environments, Cisco, Citrix, and VoIP technologies.We require PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent Project Management certification.We prefer Agile or Scrum certification.We require strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.We require the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.We require excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.We require strong communication skills, both written and verbal.We require excellent organisation and time management skills.We require a collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.We require comfort operating in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of business-critical projects. This is a hybrid role based in Oxfordshire, with three days per week on site. The contract is for three months with the possibility of extension, offered at a rate of £63 per hour via umbrella. An active Security Clearance is required.
