Requirements: Expertise in writing RFPs/RFIs in a technical environmentExcellent communication skills, including the ability to lead requirement-gathering sessions and communicate with professionals at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentialityProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProactive, organized, and highly detail-oriented with strong time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work beyond business hours when necessaryBA degree or high school diploma with typically 7-8 years of related experienceMultiple years of experience in a sales organization, with 2 years of proposal writing experience preferredMultiple years of experience with data center operators preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with Responsive and AI tools such as ChatGPT preferredAPMP certification a plus Responsibilities: Write, edit, and collaborate with technical and business development teams to develop response strategies, proposal outlines, and contentWork with Sales, CSMs, and SMEs to respond to technical and commercial Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, and questionnaire requestsCoordinate planning, scheduling, and tracking of proposal milestones and deliverablesPerform editing, formatting, compliance checks, final proposal assembly, and deliveryMonitor final submission of proposals and maintain historical data on proposal resultsImprove the proposal development process based on lessons learned, corporate goals, and business objectivesManage regional data used for responses and ensure accuracy through collaboration with SMEs across the companyUtilize AI tools to generate first drafts, executive summaries, and go/no-go criteria evaluations on RFIs/RFPsPerform other duties as assigned Technologies: AIChatGPTExcel More:
