Requirements: Active SC Security Clearance is essential.In-depth identity and access management (IAM/IDM) architecture experience is essential.Experience leading IAM platforms such as OpenText, Net IQ, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, ForgeRock, and MS Entra is required.Strong stakeholder management skills across application development, data, infrastructure, service operations, and supplier teams.Technical experience with identity schemas, data flows, attributes, APIs, microservices, integration patterns, identity lifecycle, workflows, platform configuration, and live-service supportability.Advantageous experience includes Azure AD, M365 identity integration, AWS, API Gateway, LDAP, Directory Services, data feeds, workflow engines, ETL, and enterprise integration. Responsibilities: Take ownership of our IAM/IDM architecture and provide technical leadership.Guide our team from design through to implementation.Own the end-to-end IAM/IDM architecture across development, data, and service support workstreams.Provide technical direction across identity workflows, lifecycle processes, integrations, data flows, platform behaviour, and operational supportability.Lead identity architecture, including identity designs, schemas, attributes, data models, workflow rules, provisioning logic, and integration behaviour.Work closely with application development, data, infrastructure, service operations, and supplier teams. We are offering a permanent IAM/IDM Architect opportunity in Corsham, Wiltshire, with hybrid working: 3 days remote and 2 days on-site. This role sits within a large-scale government project for a leading global IT transformation programme, with an expected start in summer 2026. The package includes a salary of £90,000 to £115,000 depending on experience, plus a 10% bonus, pension, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 25 days, death in service, and a health care plan.
