Salary: £35,000 - 38,000 per year
Requirements: A 2:1 or above in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.Strong A-Level results (A-C) or BTEC Distinction.Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.A genuine passion for technology and software development.Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.Desirable: exposure to one or more programming languages.Desirable: basic understanding of SQL or databases.Desirable: personal software projects, GitHub portfolio or coding experience. Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve technical issues across enterprise software platforms.Support system analysis, diagnostics and performance improvements.Work with cloud-based applications and enterprise technologies.Assist Software Engineers with system behaviour analysis and troubleshooting.Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.Contribute to continuous improvements across products and services.
