Salary: £75,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in STEM or an equivalent qualification
- Proven project management experience in the technology, software, or IT sector
- Experience managing projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud platforms, and/or hardware and software solutions
- Strong commercial awareness, including project budgets, costs, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems, and deliver under pressure
- Confidence leading teams and managing customer expectations
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology and software projects, ensuring agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional and virtual project teams
- Act as the primary customer contact, managing expectations, communications, and escalations
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, risk registers, and change controls
- Oversee project testing, milestones, and successful delivery
- Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, costs, and billing plans
- Support sales and presales teams with bids, tenders, and customer presentations
- Identify delivery risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
- Take ownership of projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard
