Requirements: Experience of working on large-scale, multi-organisational transformation programmesExperience of authoring and delivering a test strategy and ensuring its consistent relevance and adherenceExperience of representing the programme test function in senior governanceExperience of delivering in both client-side and supplier-side roles in the public sectorExperience of running multiple test phases/events across different critical paths within the same programmeExperience of working with multiple test organisations and stakeholders to deliver satisfactory test execution and exitExperience of running test teams to deliver resultsExperience of testing integrated software platforms and integrated data flows with other organisations platformsExperience of risk mitigation testing with low-maturity technical integration partnersExperience of working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environmentsBasic understanding of SQL database software, preferably MRI Evolution, and optimal test approaches for transactional softwareGood understanding of RESTful APIs and how to optimise integration testing with other organisations softwareExperience of test automation and practical applications in immature environmentsExperience of using Jira Zephyr test management tool Responsibilities: We will author and own the test strategy, including testing approaches, test environment management, test planning and cycle management, test resourcing, test coverage management, test data management, test defect management, test script and scenario management, test traceability, test RACI, test governance and test reporting, and test transition to BAU operationsWe will matrix manage Test Managers and ensure they remain consistent with the principles of the test strategyWe will oversee test artefact creation and provide assurance over test scripts, scenarios and reports created by Test Managers Technologies: JIRAMarketingMatrixSQL More:
