Salary: £66,000 - 106,000 per year
Requirements: We require exemplary academic performance, including a 2:1 or 1st in a relevant subject such as Computing Science, Maths, or Physics.We require demonstrable experience working as a Software Developer.We strongly prefer experience as a Software Developer in the Financial Services sector.We require excellent programming skills, with extensive experience in C#/.NET, Java, Rust, or Python.We value a passion for technology and the ability to work in a dynamic, integrated team.We are looking for an entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, and a willingness to run towards problems.We require the ability to own all aspects of development projects from start to finish.We value a desire to understand and solve business problems, build domain knowledge, and improve market understanding.We require the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
