Salary: £26,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements: We expect you to have worked in an IT support environment before and to enjoy providing excellent customer service while managing a varied workload.Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.Strong customer service and communication skills.Analytical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.Basic understanding of networking principles.Previous experience providing 1st or 2nd line Service Desk support is desirable.Experience working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is desirable.An interest in IT security or supporting secure environments is desirable.You must be a UK national and eligible to work in the UK.You must be eligible to obtain and maintain UK Government Security Check (SC)-level security clearance. Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for internal and external customers.Troubleshoot hardware, software and system issues through effective diagnosis and problem solving.Manage multiple support requests while maintaining excellent customer service.Build strong working relationships across the business and deliver a positive user experience.Monitor IT systems and respond proactively to alerts and incidents.
