Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: We have previous experience in a 1st and/or 2nd Line IT Support role.We have experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.We have knowledge of Azure and Entra ID administration.We have experience working with service desk or ITSM ticketing systems.We have strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and remote support environments.We have familiarity with Intune, SCCM, or similar endpoint management tools.We have experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, which is advantageous.We have an understanding of ITIL principles or an ITIL certification, which is beneficial.We have strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with users across the business. Responsibilities: We provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and user issues.We act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.We support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.We assist with Azure and Entra ID user administration, permissions, and access management.We manage and resolve tickets in line with agreed service levels.We deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to end users.We work collaboratively with the wider IT team to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
