We are partnering with a fast-growing Manchester business that is rebuilding its technology capability from the ground up and investing heavily in product, engineering, AI tooling, and internal capability. This is a hands-on Tech Lead role for someone who still loves being in the code and wants to help shape both technical direction and engineering culture from an early stage. You will lead a customer-facing product squad serving millions of members across retail, rewards, and ecommerce-style digital experiences. We offer a salary of £85k–£100k depending on experience, a strong benefits package including private healthcare, and a collaborative, product-led environment that values speed, ownership, and low-ego teamwork. The team generally works three days per week in our City Centre Manchester offices.
