Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting and administering an enterprise-level Warehouse Management System (WMS)Solid foundational experience supporting IT infrastructure, hardware, or core business applicationsA good understanding of SQL is essentialExposure to major ERP software; experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is highly advantageousExperience creating reports using BI tools such as Power BI, SplashBI, or SSRS is desirableStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical partners and non-technical warehouse/operations teams Responsibilities: Take ownership of the Warehouse Management System, including system configurations, user setups, security permissions, and regular data integrity auditsSupport enterprise-level business applications, ERP systems, and underlying IT infrastructureCollaborate with end-users and senior stakeholders to translate operational business needs into technical system requirementsGenerate, write, and analyse reports to monitor system performance, identify operational trends, and recommend improvementsAct as the first point of contact for troubleshooting system issues, providing training, and supporting warehouse and office staff Technologies: ERPHardwareSupportOraclePower BISQLSecurity More:
