Salary: £80,000 - 120,000 per year
Requirements: Previous experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Principal Engineer, Lead Developer, or similar technical leadership roleA desire to move into, or recent experience within, an Engineering Manager positionExperience working within a fast-paced Agile software delivery environmentStrong leadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilitiesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical challenges clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsA strong technical background, ideally with exposure to Golang, React Native, and/or TypeScript Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of approximately 8–10 software engineers, supporting both their technical and professional developmentEnsure the team understands company and departmental goals, and that engineering and architectural best practices are followedMentor and coach engineers, helping individuals achieve their full potentialWork closely with Product and Project teams to ensure development priorities are understood, estimated accurately, and delivered on time to a high standardCollaborate with peers and senior technical staff to identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement across engineering and delivery functionsCreate a positive, collaborative, and high-performing engineering culture Technologies: GolangReactReact NativeTypeScript More:
