Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements: Experience within a 2nd Line IT Support position.Good all-round knowledge of IT infrastructure.Exposure to Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.Basic networking knowledge, including switches, routers, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.Excellent troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and customer service skills.A genuine desire to develop your career.Full UK Driving Licence.Exposure to Azure, networking, firewalls, virtualisation, CCTV, Ubiquiti or cloud technologies would be advantageous, but is not essential. Responsibilities: Support the delivery of infrastructure and networking projects.Assist with the installation and configuration of switches, routers, firewalls and wireless networks.Support cloud migrations and client onboarding projects.Assist with data migration and implementation projects.Provide 2nd Line technical support to business clients.Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows and network-related issues.Work alongside senior engineers on client deployments.Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent technical support.Learn new technologies and develop your infrastructure knowledge.
