Salary: £90,000 - 110,000 per year
Requirements: Extensive experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments.Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM and Domain Separation.Experience designing complex integrations across multiple business systems.Strong understanding of architecture governance and ServiceNow best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML and XML.Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.The ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM).ITIL Foundation.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is desirable. Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms.Produce and maintain technical architecture documentation, process flows and design artefacts.Evaluate new ServiceNow releases and recommend platform enhancements.Manage platform upgrades and introduce new capabilities to maximise business value.Drive continuous improvement across the ServiceNow estate.Define architecture governance and ensure solutions follow best practice.Provide strategic guidance around ServiceNow capabilities, ITIL processes and industry trends.Participate in Design Authority and Architecture Review meetings.Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and technical specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.Mentor and provide technical leadership to developers and junior team members.
