Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: Eligible for DV clearanceExperience in several of the following areas: VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy (GPO), Remote Desktop Services (RDS)Experience in security technologies such as Trellix / McAfee, SIEM platforms, syslog reporting and integration, antivirus technologies, TLS certificates, PKI concepts, and secure gateway technologiesLinux administration and scripting skills, including shell scripting and regular expressions (Regex)Firewall configuration and management experienceExperience with LDAP directory services, LDIF, email protocols and standards, and chat/messaging technologies (XMPP desirable)Experience with XML, JSON schema, file format validation and analysis, and web protocolsA background in infrastructure, security, systems, or application engineering, with interest in developing further into architecture Responsibilities: Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of secure gateway solutionsProduce technical designs and documentation for customer-driven change requestsWork closely with Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, and operational support teamsSupport service availability, resilience, and security improvementsTroubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issuesAssist SOC and 3rd Line teams with incident investigation and resolutionManage and maintain directory services, messaging systems, and gateway technologiesCreate scripts and automation to improve operational efficiencySupport the full change lifecycle from design through deployment and support Technologies: Active DirectoryFirewallSupportJSONLDAPLinuxRHELSecurityVMwareWebWindowsXML More:
