Responsibilities: We will ask you to lead and develop a distributed engineering team across software development, QA and systems engineering.You will own and shape the technology roadmap across platform, architecture, delivery, security and developer experience.You will improve engineering delivery, predictability, throughput and accountability.You will work closely with Product to translate product ambition into a clear technical roadmap.You will support pragmatic platform modernisation without unnecessary large-scale rebuilds.You will bring structure, clarity and pace to the engineering function.You will coach and mentor engineers and emerging technical leaders.You will drive the adoption of AI tooling and AI-enabled development practices.You will help define what an effective AI-led software development lifecycle should look like.You will represent Engineering credibly to senior stakeholders, customers and investors where required.
