Responsibilities: We will lead a small governance and assurance team, fostering collaboration and accountability.We will own and continuously improve the digital governance framework.We will provide oversight of digital assurance, risk management, and decision-making processes.We will maintain project and programme delivery standards aligned to recognised methodologies such as PRINCE2 and MSP.We will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective governance across digital initiatives. We are a small governance function at the heart of an exciting digital team, and we are looking for a Head of Digital Governance to play a pivotal role in guiding our governance strategy and demonstrating the value of delivery projects in line with digital governance best practices. This is a permanent, hybrid role with a salary of £55,000 to £58,000, and the offer includes 25 days annual leave increasing to 30 days with service, hybrid and flexible working arrangements, access to professional development and funded qualifications such as PRINCE2 and apprenticeships, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
