Salary: £85,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements: 5 to 8+ years of product experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, workflow software, CRM, data products, martech, fintech, or a similar spaceExperience owning the product discovery process, product roadmap, and product outcomesStrong product discovery skills and commercial instinctsAbility to simplify complex workflowsTrack record of improving product adoption and retention, not just shipping featuresComfortable working in a scale-up or founder-led business and confident challenging senior stakeholders when the evidence supports itExperience working directly with customers and with internal software, data, and AI teamsSenior enough to challenge senior management and C-suite, while remaining hands-on Responsibilities: Own discovery across a suite of B2B SaaS productsSpend time with clients to understand their needs firsthand, not just review feedback ticketsTranslate insights into clear, prioritised product decisionsSet success metrics before anything goes into buildReview adoption and retention data to determine what is workingIdentify when products or workflows should be simplified, paused, or stoppedWork closely with clients, sales, customer success, design, engineering, and the CEODecide what should be built, in what order, and whyImprove the quality of product decisions across the business Technologies: AICRMJIRAProduct ManagerProject Manager More:

We are a commercially minded, fast-moving team working in a hybrid setup from Central London. This is a permanent opportunity with direct access to our CEO, real influence over product direction, and the chance to help build a proper product function from the ground up.
