We are seeking a Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of organisational and project-led change. This is a hands-on analytical role focused on change analysis and impact assessment, helping us understand how change affects people, processes, roles, and systems so impacts are clearly articulated and addressed. We work closely with Project Managers, Product Teams, Business Analysts, and operational stakeholders, acting as the bridge between proposed change and real-world adoption. The role is Manchester-based and offers a hybrid working model, with a mix of on-site and remote working. This opportunity is being handled by ManpowerGroup.
