Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: Strong experience with C++ development.Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Strong understanding of software design, testing, and verification.Confident in different engineering environments.Comfortable working across industries including maritime and defence.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams.Bonus skills: Python, Visual Studio, PowerShell, GUI/UX. Responsibilities: Take ownership of software development across the full lifecycle, from initial specification through to testing and verification.Develop new, innovative products while supporting and enhancing existing systems in line with business needs.Work closely with cross-functional teams.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.Liaise with external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, on software-related matters.Work on-site in Enfield 3 days a week, with some flexibility available.
