Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in a Business Systems Manager, Platform Manager, Applications Manager, Platform Team Lead, Senior Platform Support, or Modern Workplace Lead capacity.Strong experience of application lifecycle management across an estate of SaaS and hybrid applications.Strong Microsoft 365 applications and services experience in an organisational setting.Hands-on experience implementing and managing Microsoft Purview and SharePoint Online.Project management or project lead experience.Experience mentoring or leading teams, including line management, performance management, and motivation.Strong supplier management capabilities.Analytical approach with excellent problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and presentation communication skills with a customer service focus.Relevant certification such as Microsoft, vendor-specific, PRINCE2, or ITIL is desirable.Experience with core enterprise systems including Finance, CRM, HR, and Payroll is desirable.Experience delivering commercial SaaS software implementations or upgrades, including build, configuration, UAT/testing, UX, training, support, and service improvements is desirable.Azure experience is desirable.Power Apps experience is desirable. Responsibilities: Take end-to-end ownership of the organisations application estate and associated integrations.Act as product owner and manage the application roadmap, continuous improvement, and upgrades.Promote usability, adoption, and value across the application estate.Project manage implementations and upgrades.Manage stakeholders and produce reporting.Manage third-party suppliers.Create and maintain the product roadmap.Provide project management and support service provision.Maintain the super user network.Protect data integrity and security.Produce systems documentation and training materials.Act as the subject matter expert for Purview and SharePoint.Support ongoing operation, efficiencies, implementations, and upgrades across the digital estate.
