Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: Previous experience as a subject matter expert, product owner, or technical owner of an EPICOR ERP system or another ERP system.Ideally exposure to an EPICOR platform such as Kinetic, Prophet 21, Eclipse, BisTrack, ECM, or a similar model.Expert knowledge of ERP systems from both a business and technical perspective.Experience leading or supporting system improvements and business transformation initiatives, particularly across operational and financial processes.Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Professional, engaging communication skills at all levels.Experience producing KPI / MI reporting dashboards and presenting insights to senior management, directors, or other executives. Responsibilities: We act as the subject matter expert for the development, review, and implementation of EPICOR ERP system improvements.We own EPICOR ERP system performance, operational functionality, and future development to support business growth.We lead the integration of EPICOR systems into our ERP environment and ensure data and reporting are fully aligned with business needs.We provide full visibility and structured data to support key business decisions and reduce risk.We gather, analyse, and action user requirements to improve EPICOR functionality and streamline business processes.We work closely with IT, Finance, and operational teams to identify system enhancement opportunities and support changes or upgrades.We define, maintain, and communicate the EPICOR product roadmap in line with our business objectives and strategic priorities.We stay informed about new EPICOR product developments.We resolve technical and operational system challenges.We deliver EPICOR system training and end-user support when needed.We produce and present regular KPI / MI reports to stakeholders.We build strong working relationships with business and technology stakeholders to align on strategy, vision, and priorities.We streamline and improve ERP processes through system enhancements and automation wherever possible.We promote continuous improvement methodology.
