We build AI-powered products for the property and insurance markets in the UK and Australia. Our platform helps insurers, loss adjusters, and contractors assess damage, generate estimates, and produce structured reports. This is a hands-on backend engineering role with most of the week spent building, reviewing, and operating production code. The role offers a clear path to broader technical ownership over the next 12 to 18 months for the right person, though it is not a management position today.
