Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: 10+ years of SAP functional experience in S/4HANA SD/MM/LE with strong Order-to-Cash expertiseHands-on experience with SAP EWM inbound and outbound operationsProven track record in retail, fashion, DTC, or consumer goods environmentsExperience with multi-country European deployments, including pricing, VAT, and currencyStrong SAP SD expertise in pricing, ATP/aATP, delivery, billing, returns, and credit managementSAP MM/LE knowledge for Order-to-Cash-related stock movements and logistics executionSAP CAR knowledge, including POSDTA, real-time inventory, and OAA conceptsStrong IDoc experience with ORDERS, DESADV, INVRPT, MBGMCR, and WPUUMSCPI/BTP integration monitoring and basic debugging experienceMinimum 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation projectsDeep expertise in retail and DTC e-commerce flowsExperience writing functional specifications, test scripts, data validation, and BPMLStrong understanding of multi-market localisationComfort working with ABAP and WRICEF teams Responsibilities: Own the design, stability, and optimisation of our SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes across SD, MM, LE, and EWMConfigure pricing, ATP/aATP, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, credit management, and intercompany flowsEnsure accurate tax, VAT, currency handling, and country localisation across the EMEA regionSupport our SAP and Magento flows for catalogue, pricing, stock, orders, cancellations, refunds, and returnsManage our SAP and Tradebyte integrations for marketplaces including Zalando, Rakuten, and future ASOS supportEnsure Cegid POS sales transactions and stock corrections post accurately into SAP and SAP CARSupport warehouse operations across EMEA, including inbound, outbound, ASN, picking, packing, and shippingSupport CAR processes including POSDTA, stock availability, sales audit, and inventory reconciliationEnsure real-time alignment across SAP, CAR, POS, warehouses, and e-commerce marketplacesMaintain data quality rules to ensure movement consistency and stock accuracyMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IDoc errors including ORDERS, DESADV, INVRPT, MBGMCR, INVOIC, and WPUUMSWork with our CPI/BTP teams to enhance mapping logic, error handling, and partner integrations Technologies: ABAPIDocSupportMagentoSAP S/4HANASAPSAP EWMSAP MM More:
We are a global retail company and are building our UK team as one of our start-up members. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering a salary of 60,000 to 70,000 GBP. We operate across retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, POS, warehousing, and SAP-led processes in a multi-country European environment, and we are looking for someone who can help us strengthen and optimise our end-to-end Order-to-Cash landscape.
