Salary: £30,000 - 38,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for someone with desirable qualifications and experience in areas such as MCSA: Office 365, MCSA: Windows Server 2016/2012, Exchange Server, Office Suite, Networking, Cisco ASA/Meraki router configuration, Azure, RDS/Terminal Services, Mitel, Sophos, and Citrix Certified Associate – Networking (CCA-N).We require applicants to be free to work in the UK. Responsibilities: We ensure our client delivers an effective and efficient service.We resolve customer problems and issues promptly to support client satisfaction.We maintain excellent product knowledge of all our company products and services.We contribute to and maintain a technical library, keeping relevant information up to date.We provide input on scaling systems as required and offer technical advice and risk assessments to the Service Delivery Manager as needed.We invest time in understanding current and new technical developments and staying up to date with them.
