Salary: £62,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in IT Service Management, with strong knowledge of Change and Release Management aligned to ITILUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, and automated release practicesExperience working across hybrid environments, including heritage, cloud, and third-party platformsAbility to interpret and apply automated controls and delivery evidence within governance frameworksStrong coordination and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teamsExperience supporting incident resolution, post-implementation review, and continuous improvementAnalytical mindset with the ability to balance delivery pace, risk, and service stability Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end change and release activity, including risk assessment, approvals, scheduling, and implementation controlsMaintain a forward schedule of change and release activity, showing impacts, dependencies, and risk across servicesAct as a control point for releases into production, ensuring operational readiness, support alignment, and post-release validationEmbed governance into CI/CD pipelines and delivery practices so automated compliance remains auditableProvide guidance to engineering and platform teams on change standards, release approaches, and risk mitigationSupport resolution of failed changes and release-related incidents, driving learning and continuous improvementEnsure accurate records and evidence are maintained across ITSM and delivery tooling to support audit and reportingContribute to improving change success rates, release quality, and reducing service disruption Technologies: CI/CDCloudSupportITILITSM More:
