Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in IT, networking, telecoms or technology installations.Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.Experience with structured cabling and use of hand/power tools.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.Desirable: experience with VoIP, CCTV, EPOS, managed print and Microsoft 365.Desirable: relevant industry certifications such as ECS, CSCS or IPAF. Responsibilities: Install and support network cabling, routers, switches, Wi-Fi and VoIP systems.Configure and maintain IT, cloud, CCTV, photocopier and EPOS solutions.Provide onsite and remote technical support.Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.Conduct site surveys and assist with project delivery.Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high installation standards.
