Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: Proven track record as a corporate trainer, technical trainer, or clinical educator, ideally within a SaaS environmentExceptional public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex technical or specialized conceptsHigh levels of patience, empathy, and adaptability to support users with vastly different levels of technical confidenceComfort with regular business travel for onsite training and client go-live supportMust be fully eligible to live and work in the UK, as sponsorship is not availableWillingness to complete a basic DBS check during onboarding Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training curriculumDeliver engaging training sessions both online and in personCreate and refresh training content using learning management systems and screen-recording/video toolsAct as the internal and external expert on our core software productsDevelop competency assessments and establish post-training monitoring plansDrive continuous improvement through user feedbackPartner with our sales and account management teams to deliver product demonstrations and workshopsIndependently manage your own workload and schedule effectively to align with team goals Technologies: Support More:
