Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: Several years experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environmentScripting skills such as JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS highly advantageousUnderstanding of Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principles, and proceduresHigh level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and ideally experience of building custom applications and integrations with other platformsServiceNow Certified Administrator certification (ideally)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification (ideally)ServiceNow Application Developer certification (ideally)ITIL Foundation certification (ideally)Additional specialist ServiceNow certifications or experience such as HR, CSM, FSM, Service Portal, CMDB, SAM, Discovery, ITOM, ITBM, PPM would be an advantageStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to present solutions to customers, including senior managementHighly focused on providing strong customer serviceAbility to work as part of a team or individually, while meeting project timelinesProactive, creative, and able to research solutions and make recommendationsWillingness to learn and take on new challengesAbility to work from home and travel to client locations for meetings and workshops or work on client sites when required Responsibilities: Part of a team of ServiceNow specialists delivering ServiceNow solutions to multiple customersParticipating in client workshops and requirements gathering to build requirements and design solutionsAdvising and making recommendations on proposed solutionsDeveloping defined solutions in ServiceNow to meet requirements to a high standard of quality, including configuration, scripting, testing, demonstrations to customers, UAT, and go-live supportMentoring and training more junior members of the teamProducing documentation and training material for implemented solutions Technologies: AJAXCMDBCSSSupportITILJavaScriptServiceNowXMLSecurity More:
