• LVN Trach & Vent: $25–$28/hr.

• RN Trach & Vent: $35–$38/hr.

Available Shifts

• Night shifts (high need)

• Full-time and part-time

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home

• Monitor patient condition and vital signs

• Perform tracheostomy care

• Learn and support ventilator care (training provided)

• Administer G-Tube feedings

• Communicating with clinical team

• Complete electronic documentation

Requirements

• Active Texas RN or LVN license

• Trach and Vent experience REQUIRED

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Reliable and patient-focused
