Main duties of the job The Female Complex Care Assistant position at Libertatem Healthcare Group involves working in Huddersfield for a pay rate of £14.00 per hour. The role requires working night shifts from 10pm to 8am on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can provide consistent, person-centred care and who is compassionate and skilled in supporting clients with complex health needs. The Assistant will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, assisting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction. Required qualifications include experience in care settings, and an approach that is calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive. The successful candidate will support a client with complex care needs including enteral feeding, seizure management for epilepsy, oral suctioning, catheter care, and medication administration.
