You may be supporting clients with: Mental health needs Limited mobility Nonverbal communication Companionship needs Down syndrome OCD tendencies Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Speech impediments Cerebral palsy Your daily role could include: Supporting with personal care and household tasks Helping with shopping and community activities Transporting clients / enabling access to the community for engagement (this may include use of personal car) Encouraging social engagement and hobbies Administering medication Promoting independence and wellbe
Main duties of the job As a Support Worker at Libertatem Healthcare Group, you will empower individuals to live independently by providing compassionate support and assistance. Qualifications Essential
A genuine passion for health and social care, a positive and proactive attitude, availability for weekday and weekend shifts, a full UK driving licence (manual preferred), and willingness to complete mandatory training.
