Our client enjoys shopping, watching television, arts and crafts, spending time on their phone, and seeing friends and family. They enjoy trips into town for shopping, going out for food, and occasionally having their nails done. They are able to communicate their wishes and preferences and enjoy leading the day with the support of their Libertatem Complex Care Assistant.
We are looking for someone who is caring, patient, reliable, and enthusiastic, with the confidence to promote our client's independence while providing high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities Assisting with personal care and daily living activities where required. Supporting with respiratory care, including the use of face mask ventilation (full training provided). Encouraging independence and supporting our client to make choices throughout the day. Providing companionship and emotional support. Supporting community access, including shopping trips, social outings, and leisure activities. Assisting with light household duties as required. Maintaining accurate records and following individual care plans.
