Experience in support work and/or complex care A genuine passion for making a positive difference Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A patient, compassionate, and empathetic approach Reliability, flexibility, and commitment Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Most importantly, you'll be able to build a trusting and supportive relationship with the client and her family.
