Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking a female support worker with: A genuine passion for care and making a difference Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature Reliable, committed, and flexible approach Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence and happy to drive the client's vehicle You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and their family. Qualifications Essential
Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours, full UK driving licence.
