What We’re Looking For
Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking a support worker with:
Paediatric experience, ideally with brain injuries. A genuine passion for care and making a difference Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature Reliable, committed, and flexible approach Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours Ability to work independently and as part of a team You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and her family.

Qualifications Essential
Paediatric experience, ideally with brain injuries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Reliable, committed, and flexible approach. Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
