A genuine passion for care and making a difference Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature Reliable, committed, and flexible approach Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours Ability to work independently and as part of a team You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and their family.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

We're seeking a female support worker with a genuine passion for care and the ability to make a difference. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature, and a reliable, committed, and flexible approach are essential. Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviors, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are also required.
