This job is a cross-dock operation; your role is to move Express packages from aircraft to warehouse to trucks with no/minimal storage. Our indoor facility is an open-air environment and not temperature controlled, and you may work in or around aircraft. Are you ready to take off on your next career with us, complete a quick pre screening evaluation via the link below:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif"><a href="https://share.qualifi.hr/bWqsyGJrm2b">https://share.qualifi.hr/bWqsyGJrm2b</a></span></span></p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Load and unload Express packages from air freight containers to and from semi-trucks in a widely dispersed area.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Sorting, scanning and movement of small packages within the warehouse.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Buildup / Breakdown package containers ready for outbound/inbound flights.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Removal of tie-downs and other gear when loading and unloading.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Operate air freight handling equipment such as pallet jacks and gaylords (push carts).</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Weighing, labeling, or make/break-down of gaylords or air freight containers .</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Check air express containers for proper piece count, weight, dimensions and documents as appropriate per air safety and security guidelines.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Report to position on time, as scheduled, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Successfully complete required computer based and on the job trainings .</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards .</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Perform all functions in accordance with safety procedures and policies.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">Work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather/elements, engine noise, and noxious fumes.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Minimum Requirements</H2> </div><div><p>• <span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif">High School Diploma, GED or international equivalent required.<br>• One-year experience in similar role preferred not required.<br>• Valid Driver’s license.<br>• Must be at least 18 years of age.<br>• Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays.
