What We’re Looking For As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Global Web Security services and Remote access, with a primary focus on Cloudflare Web Security and Cloudflare Zero Trust Network Access solutions. This role emphasizes technical expertise in securing web applications and remote access, ensuring operational resilience, and driving automation and optimization across global environments. You will work closely with internal teams, product SMEs, and operations to enhance security posture, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with corporate security standards. Key Responsibilities <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Design and maintain a global web security architecture leveraging Cloudflare technologies.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across web and VPN services.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Act as a technical escalation point for complex security incidents and troubleshooting.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Perform continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and configuration hardening.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Optimize Cloudflare Access for secure remote access and identity-based controls.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.</li> </ul> Internal Responsibilities <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Investigate and respond to web security incidents and breaches.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Stay current with emerging threats, Cloudflare innovations, and Zero Trust frameworks.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security measures meet evolving requirements.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong hands-on experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust Network Access , Secure Web gateway or similar technology.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Deep understanding of web security protocols (HTTPS, TLS, DNS security) and Zero Trust principles.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for security operations.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and secure architecture design.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CompTIA Network+, CompTIASecurity+) are a plus.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li> </ul> Work Requirements <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Ability to work in a global environment and travel as needed.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Highly organized, proactive, and technically driven with a focus on security excellence.</li> </ul> Location Chennai, India and Krakow, Poland Why Join Us?
