As Lead RPA Developer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, scalable automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing robust automation workflows to streamline business processes across enterprise systems. Your expertise in RPA development, automation best practices, and intelligent automation (including Agentic Automation and Document Understanding) will contribute to building reliable, efficient, and secure digital processes. You will also ensure automation quality through structured testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement, enabling the organization to deliver optimized and high-performance solutions to business stakeholders. This role will be based onsite in New Haven, CT on a full-time basis.
