advise on managing and delivering town planning functions and responsibilities for the organization’s projects and programs.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Develop, implement, and monitor best management practices for the delivery and execution of planning commitments.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Manage and liaise with the team to create and implement strategies and plans, identifying risks and recommending mitigating actions.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Produce and manage schedules for design, procurement, construction, and completion, ensuring compliance with planning procedures and contractual requirements.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Evaluate and analyze project progress using status reports to assess performance and provide accurate forecasts.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and authorities to update and manage detailed work programs and planning matters.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Obtain and analyze progress updates from the planning team to ensure alignment with project schedules.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Conduct analysis of alternative schedules and options to address market fluctuations, changes, or unforeseen events, improving delivery strategies.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Review and evaluate subcontractor schedules and reports, recommending actions to align with the contract schedule.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Manage subcontractor schedules in line with baseline/contract schedules and recommend actions to address any schedule slippage.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company <p>Familiarity with Planning practices and the associated software such as Advanced Primavera6</p> <p>Knowledge in building construction planning and scheduling</p> <p>Strong cost control knowledge and knowledge in preparation of EOT claims and delay analysis</p> <p>Advanced level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes</p> <p>Familiar with local and international standards in construction</p> <p>ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px
