At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p>This position provides Project Management leadership & is responsible for end-to-end Product Development projects leading cross-functional teams with KPIs such as Launch on Time, Budget, Cost & Quality</p> <p>This position will interface with the following:</p> <ul> <li>Product Management</li> <li>Marketing & Sales</li> <li>Product Engineering</li> <li>System Architect</li> <li>Advance Development Team</li> <li>Advance Manufacturing Team </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Manage multiple N+1 PoC development projects, ensuring execution on time, on cost, and on quality, while balancing technical feasibility and commercial impact.</li> <li>Drive cross-functional collaboration with System Architecture (SA), Signal Integrity (SI COE), Advanced Development (ADT), and product development teams to accelerate innovation cycles.</li> <li>Follow processes for iterative development cycles with rapid prototyping, ensuring flexibility to adapt to customer feedback and evolving industry trends while allowing for agile experimentation.</li> <li>Facilitate technology handoff from AST to responsible Product Development Engineering (PDE) teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.</li> <li>Partner with Signal Integrity and Mechanical Engineering teams to drive concept validation through simulations, prototype development, and functional testing.</li> <li>Ensure alignment between TE’s strategic objectives and AST’s exploratory projects, regularly updating senior leadership on project status and key learnings.</li> <li>Act as the primary liaison between AST and manufacturing/supply chain teams to assess early-stage design feasibility and Proof of Concepts (POCs).</li> <li>Communications: Follow the Project Communication Plan, lead periodic Management Level Project Reviews, Report Project Progress, and Manage Stakeholder Expectations</li> <li>Developing project schedules, resource requirements, and budget forecasts. Tracking and reporting on project progress and project cost</li> <li>Effective project Risk management: create, monitor, and control risk management plans</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Skills, Experience and Education</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree with 5-10 years of experience</li> <li>3+ years of Project Management experience in the industrial product / Hardware domain</li> <li>Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience</li> <li>Understanding of Toll Gate / Stage-Gate process in Product development.</li> <li>Experience in effective project management strategies and tactics</li> <li>Experience in Stakeholder management and requirement management</li> <li>Exposure to manufacturing processes</li> <li>Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate Globally at all levels internally and externally.</li> <li>Experience in project planning & execution</li> <li>Experience in Leading teams to success, collaborate across boundaries, track results, and develop Communication and responsibility matrix</li> <li>Proficient with MS Office tools (XL, Word, PowerPoint)</li> <li>Work along with CFT for problem-solving and brainstorming<br> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exposure to regulatory approval processes such as UL, CSA, CQC, VDE, etc</li> <li>Experience in Terminal and connector industry or products</li> <li>Exposure to Agile Project Management</li> <li>Certified PMP or equivalent project management certification</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)</div></div></div></div><p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $116,500 – $174,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)</li> <li>Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.</li> <li>Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits</li> </ul>
