Find out more about life at Alter Domus at careers.alterdomus.com JOB DESCRIPTION: <ul> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with the Portfolio Administration team to gain loan-product and functional knowledge of the bank loan market to accurately input, review, analyze and process portfolios of syndicated bank loans</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work with relevant Loan Services software and proprietary systems</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Liaise and coordinate with external clients and internal account management teams to ensure timely responsiveness and resolution to inquiries</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsible for daily cash and par coordination with client and trustee</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Review and distribute cash reconciliation and other daily reporting to clients</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Update client portfolios with post trade attribute and rating information</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate initial data comparison and reconciliation on CLO Monthly Reports</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Effectively interact with internal and external parties such as Loan Administration team, Asset Services, Recon, Trade Settlement, Trustees and Agent Banks.</li> </ul> QUALIFICATIONS: <ul> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Basic knowledge of loan operations, commercial mortgage lending, and/or loan securitization with product knowledge and/or customer service experience</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to independently research and resolve problems</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsive, friendly, professional, highly organized, and superb communication style</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Solid Microsoft Excel experience</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge or familiarity with Bloomberg, performance systems, and other loan research and analysis tools an advantage</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive within a high-volume data-entry environment with both proficiency and accuracy</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated willingness to work within a deadline-driven environment.</li> </ul> #LI-HYBRID #LI-JR1 WHAT WE OFFER: We are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.
