valuation process for portfolio assets and oversee the preparation and review of valuations for each NAV calculation, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with applicable valuation standards detailed financial, operational and market analysis of portfolio assets and the sectors in which they operate, identifying key value drivers, risks and opportunities;</li> <li
