Our connected solutions help manufacturers to reduce waste, increase efficiency, achieve compliance and protect their brand.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt;background-color:white">We offer the most complete range of market-leading marking and coding systems along with software, services and consumable solutions so you can streamline all your printing needs from one supplier. </span></p> <p> </p><p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>The Role</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">In this role you’ll be in charge of providing a high level of expertise and technical delivery support to the Sales and Service teams as well as to the company’s customers in Italy, installing and configuring custom Software Solutions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">You’ll have an opportunity to deliver high value integrated solutions to our customers and contribute to the company´s projects for the development of our Software Solutions.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>What you will do:</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Work on assigned customers projects, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on productivity and efficiency of the deals, leveraging on existing “global and region known solutions”.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Reach customers’ requirements proposing appropriate technical solutions, designing and implementing systems successfully on the field, documenting solutions, recording technical/commercial aspects and supporting systems during the installation phase.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Monitor the whole project stages, be agile, and able to alerts if delays or concerns are raised achieving a deal or during project closure.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support the Sales & Technical team to meet the company sales targets.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Provide a high level of expertise and technical support, including project and application engineering to Sales colleagues.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensure customer satisfaction through high quality delivery and project management.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>What you need to have:</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Degree educated with knowledge of Software Applications and/or Industrial Control within a Technical Services department.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">4+ years’ experience in Project Management.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Essential knowledge: Microsoft Windows Workflow Foundation, SQL databases, communication with PLC systems, industrial networks, Windows OS.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Good to have some understanding of .NET Framework, ODBC, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC, PLC networks).</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Familiarity with industrial automation and SCADA control systems is desirable.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Self-driven with the will to learn, proactive, team player.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong communication skills, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">High level of English.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Availability to travel on a regular basis. He/she will be hired in the "Impiegato" category, in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services Sectors (ccnl Commercio). The offer also includes eligibility for an annual bonus of 8.33%, calculated based on the company’s financial performance and personal goals, a company car (which may also be used for personal purposes), a corporate credit card, and electronic meal vouchers (€10.00 net per day worked).</span></p>
